Most of us struggle with the battle of the bulge as we get older. And many have tried very diet out there but with little or short terms results. But, the problem is mindset. Instead of going on a diet to lose weight, the better idea is to design a lifestyle that allows you to lose and keep off weight with the least amount of effort and discomfort.
If you haven’t tried it, intermittent fasting is the best way to create this type of lifeless for life-long health and weight-loss. Our favorite form of intermittenet fasting is alternate day fasting, and a great book was written on a specific type of alternate day fasting that is proven to work. It is alled, The Every Other Day Diet” by Professor Krista Varady.
