It’s human nature to blame other people or circumstances for our problems or situations in life. There is this idea that your personality creates your personal reality. So, if you are constantly worrying or stressing that something bad is going to happen or happen, then the universe which is made up of of the same energetic field you are, will align with those negative thought and create similar events into your life. Of course, the opposite is also true.
Most of our thinking comes from habits we have picked up our whole lives. And if you have habitual negative thinking it can be very difficult to change that pattern and to thus bring about positive change in your life.
If you become what you think about most of the time, then you must change the way you think to to become what you want.
